Our North European timber comes from trees
that are slow grown for at least 30 years;
this timber is heavier and stronger than faster
growing trees in warmer climates, ensuring our
products are built to last.
The timber is dried, and pressure treated so it is
rot and insect resistant. It is free of bark and there
are no loose knots. Plum® has been using arsenic
free preservatives (CCA free) since 2004.
